Yes. ShipGuru’s system allows you to automatically sync all your products from your existing eCommerce platforms. We require the dimensions and weights of your products so we can plan our batch picking process efficiently (e.g. jewellery is not batched picked with furniture) and make sure you are not overcharged for international shipments.

No. You can open and close your account whenever you like.

Fulfilment pricing can be confusing. That is why we keep our pricing simple and transparent. We charge per order and we charge you storage per month.

This price will be quoted once we understand both your product profile (number of large and small items) and your promotional campaign (e.g. every box of medical masks ordered gets a free sanitizer).
